She was predeceased by: her husband Edward B. "Junior" Watts, Jr.; her parents, Laurie Lonnie Hopkins and Bessie Lyles Hopkins; her sons, Johnny Ray Watts and Richard Dan Watts; and her brothers, Lonnie Hopkins, Burchmore Hopkins, Bill Hopkins, Tommy Hopkins, Bobby Hopkins and Marshall Hopkins.

She is survived by: her children, Gayle Watts Charles (Edward) of Sumter and Donnie Watts (Traci) of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, Richie Brogdon, Johnny Watts (Beth), Ashley Brogdon Welch (Lance), Gracen Watts Feagin (Madison) and Dalton Watts; her great grandchildren, Hunter Brogdon, Ansley Welch, Cayden Brogdon, Caroline Welch, John Riley Watts and Delaney Watts; her sisters, Jean Hopkins Smith, Linda Hopkins Kelly and Mae Hopkins Cuco; her daughter-in-law B. J. Watts; and her granddaughter Stacy Hanisch.
