He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nell Allen Halley and Leo Halley, Sr.; his children, Antonio Halley of Rembert, Tisha Halley of Rembert and Jennifer Salmond of Camden; his siblings, Frances Bolden (Simon) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Dorothy Halley of Rembert, Ruth Omonijo (Dele) of Sumter and Lawrence Halley of Lugoff; his aunt Almeta Jenkins (Sammy); his sister-in-law Willene Halley; and his niece Beverly Rimer. He was also cherished by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitations at 305 Kendal Avenue, Sumter.
