He is survived by: his wife Karen Hayward; his children, Samantha Hayward, Javon Lewis and Samuel Hayward; his siblings, Lewis Hayward (Virginia), Anderson Hayward (Andrea) and Carolyn Hayward; his brother-in-law Vanish Shannon; his brother Andrew Kennedy; his close friends, David Rembert and Norman Brown; his aunts, Mary Jane McCoy, Marie Davis and Mary E. McCoy; and his cousin Gary Nelson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home of his niece, Elonda Blyther, 17 Gerald Street, Sumter, from 3:00 – 8:00 p. m.
