She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Clark Hawthorne; her daughters, Deidre Michele Osborne, Amanda Psculkowski and Katie Hadden (Brad); her stepson Jamie Plemons (Dawn); her grandchildren, Austin Osborne (Samantha), Ethan Osborne (Dakota), Erin Croft, Valerie Smith, Luke Smith and Roland Psculkowski; her great grandchildren, Addison Osborne, Miley Osborne and Sully Osborne; and her sisters, Cindy Alford (Mike) and Diane Castelluzzi (Mike).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150).
