With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Harris Parnell (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on July 22, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Nelson Harris and Gertrude Jackson Harris; her grandsons, Cody Parnell and Jessi Parnell; and her brother Samuel Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela G. Parnell (Laurie Whitcomb) of Blythewood and Joseph "Jay" Parnell (Vicki) of Sumter; her grandchildren, Albert Babinec, Jr., Stephanie Babinec and Leah Beth Daly (Dave McCauley); and her great grandchildren, Luke, River and Cassidy.
