With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sara Logan Pack (Sumter, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl B. Pack, Jr.; her parents, Maxie McLendon Logan and Marie Atkinson Swartzback; her son Carl B. "Benny" Pack, III; her great grandchildren, Brandon Dowless and Preston Pack; and her siblings, McLendon Logan and Lillian Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Oxendine (Wayne), Gail Dowless (Danny), Angela Spigner (Mickey) and Anthony "Tony" Pack (Angela); her daughter-in-law Jenny Pack; and her sisters, Evangeline Coleman and Geraldine O'Brien. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren; and six great – great grandchildren.
