She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Lloyd and Louise Shears. She is survived by : her husband Roger L. Ray; her children, Richard Ray (Sandy) and Michelle Benedetto (Ralph); her brother Roy Shears; her grandchildren, Philip Ray (Michaela), Todd Caputo (Rebecca), Christopher Caputo (Katie) and Melanie Carroll (Brayden); and her great grandchildren, Riley Caputo, Charlie Caputo, Dominic Caputo, Charlotte Caputo and Wesley Ray.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight (221 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150).
