He is survived by: his wife Bettye Jo Rucker Fisher; his children, Kristi Fisher Curtis (Warren) and Garrett Martin Fisher; his grandchildren, Brittany Dupuis, Connor Curtis, Zachery Fisher (Autumn) and Chandler Wilcox (Alex); and his great grandchild Adaline Rowe-Fisher.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150).
