Steven Pinkney Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2024, at the age of 59, Steven Pinkney (Sumter, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Elizabeth Burroughs-Pinkney. He is survived by : his father Cleveland Burroughs-Pinkney; his grandchildren, Steven Jr., Stephan Jr., Zyiere, Shomarlo and Shakim; his significant other Beverly Magazine; his siblings, Delma Lucille Pinkney-Smith (Patrick), Cleveland Pinkney Jr. (Fredericka), Carlotta Pinkney (Karl) and Mercedes Pinkney-Johnson (Albert); his uncle Harmon Pinkney (Mozella); his aunt Gardena Pinkney; and his friend Brenda Coleman. He is also survived by eleven nieces; ten nephews; forty seven grandnieces and nephews; six great grandnieces and nephews, and a host of cousins, friends.

In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
