She is survived by: her husband Louis J. Foley Jr.; her daughters, Catherine Bussmann (Robert) of Greenville and Elizabeth Foley of Sumter; her granddaughter Elizabeth "Ellie" Bussmann; her brother Jacob L. Carter, III of Walhalla; and her aunt Pamela C. Howard of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
