She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Conyers, Sr. and Helen Shaw Conyers; her grandparents, Walter and Sue Montgomery Conyers; her aunt Charlotte "Cookie" Lewis; and her uncles, Mark and Luke Conyers.
She is survived by: her husband Illya R. Shuler of St. Matthews, SC; her daughter Kiara Woods of Sumter, SC; her granddaughter Karissa Woods of Sumter, SC; her children, Jasimine Jones (Lenard Hudnal) of Columbia, SC and Illya Shuler (Delilah Shuler) of Lexington, SC; and her godchildren, Benicia Lovely of Suffolk, Terrana Thornton of Suffolk, Virginia, Shatavia Beale of Charleston, SC and Kornica Ballard of Sumter, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and special friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bostick-Tompkins Funeral Home - Sumter (353 Manning Ave, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church (803 S Harvin St, Sumter, SC 29150).
