She was predeceased by: her husband Clayton W. Collins; and her parents, Daniel Boone Murphy and Gayle Lucille Hamilton Murphy. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jeffry Collins (Janice), Lisa Michelle Blackwelder (Ralph), Cynthia Lynn Collins Cowthorn and James David Collins (Celeste); her close friends, Barbara, David Hill, Marsha and Fraiser Boykin; and her caregiver Savannah Choice. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren, and two step – great grandchildren.
