He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard J. Horne, Sr. and Anna Belle Hicks Horne. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jo Frye Horne; his children, Michael Horne of Sumter, Donna Haskins (Jamie) of Sumter and Robbie Horne of Sumter; his grandchildren, Derek, Tabitha and Brianna (Zack); and his siblings, Mary Turner, Louise Miles, Dot Floyd, Audrey Welch, Annette Prosser and Larry Horne (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
