He is survived by: his wife Margaret Nesbitt Dougherty; his daughter Rachael Dougherty; his grandchildren, Christine Cyr, Kevin Baker and Kyle Baker; his great grandchildren, Sophia Christensen, Levi Christensen and Riley Baker; and his siblings, Jack Dougherty and Tracy Baker.
