He is survived by: his wife Sallie Owens Urquhart; his father William Leslie Urquhart; his children, Steven L. Urquhart Smith (Sylvia) of Oklahoma, Christopher M. Urquhart (Missy) of Indiana, Anthony M. Urquhart (Nikki) of Indiana and Jamie Lyn Belote (Preston) of Sumter; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Derah, Kade, Cory, Christian and Breanna; his niece Missy McKnight (Delmar) of Ohio; and his pets, Hershey and Elvis.
