He was predeceased by: his mother Isabella Miller Urquhart; and his sister Lilyon J. Johnson (Bill Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Sallie Owens Urquhart; his father William Leslie Urquhart; his children, Steven L. Urquhart Smith (Sylvia) of Oklahoma, Christopher M. Urquhart (Missy) of Indiana, Anthony M. Urquhart (Nikki) of Indiana and Jamie Lyn Belote (Preston) of Sumter; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Derah, Kade, Cory, Christian and Breanna; his niece Missy McKnight (Delmar) of Ohio; and his pets, Hershey and Elvis.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150).
