It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Lowe of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Theodore Lowe and Marion June Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Judith Leilani Lowe of Surfside Beach, SC; his children, Jennifer June of Charleston, SC and Daniel Carson (Fauni) of Irmo, SC; his grandchildren, Jacob Carson and Andie Elise; and his brother Charles Harlin Lowe.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made in Carson's name to the Music fund, Quilts of Valor fund, or the food pantry fund all through the church website at http://www.shepherdofthesea.com.
