He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Wiles and Dorsey Wiles. He is survived by: his son Koby James Wiles II (Sara); his grandchildren, Addison Wiles and Kassidy Wiles; his sisters, Rebecca Fabris (Alan) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Melissa Oravec (Rick) of Allentown, PA; his niece Kayla Thurow (Andrew); his nephew AJ Fabris (Doris Vallecillo); and his great-nephew Camden Thurow.
