She is survived by: her husband Edgar Lee Bell of Surfside Beach, SC; her daughter Tammie Lenora Emory (Paul) of Surfside Beach, SC; her brother Jack Eubanks (Debbie) of Auburn Hills, MI; her grandchildren, Adair Koontz (Jason), Shayla Berg (Jeff) and Wilder Bell; and her great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Chandler, Izzy, Landon and Nathan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the South Strand Assembly of God (3507 US-17 BUS, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576).
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Vivian's name to a charity of one's choice.
