He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland "Cleve" Vaughn and Louise Blackman Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife May Cassidy Vaughn; his children, Renee Todd (George), Tracy Orr, Lia Anderson (Jim), Billy Vaughn, Jr. (Glen) and Vicki Wood (Chris); and his grandchildren, Erica Chisolm (Josh), Brandon Orr, Aubrey Harper (Ryan), Seth Wood, Haley Cox (Evan) and Amber Brown (Chris). He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Methodist Church.
