He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Wyman Harter and Doris Brabham Harter; and his wife Pasty Harter. He is survived by : his children, Mary Ann Westendorf (Chad) and Stephen Harter (Emily); his grandchildren, Sophie Westendorf and Langley Harter; and his siblings, Joe Harter (Debbie), Bobby Priester (Johnny), Janice Smith (Ricky), Phyllis Harvey (Buck) and Eula Sineath.
