Daniel leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Daniel’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wayne and Treva Jonnie Silver Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Janet McCants Fisher; his children, Jeff Fisher (Renee) of Taylors and Amy Childers (Jason) of Taylors; his brother Jess Fisher of Marshall; and his grandchildren, Caleb Daniel Childers, Nolan Montgomery Childers and Aubrie Jane Childers.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Brushy Creek Baptist Church (4999 Old Spartanburg Rd, Taylors, SC 29687). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
