She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Edwards and Daily Bradley Edwards; her husband John H. Fowler; her siblings, Leon, Howard Edwards, Eloise and Earlean Edwards; and her son-in-law Gary Marler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Moore (Roy) of Charlotte, Earlean Byars (Wayne) of Taylors and Evelyn Marler of Charleston. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Home (124 S 562, Landrum, SC 29356). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (19630 Asheville Hwy, Landrum, SC 29356).
