Howard (Taylors, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2026 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Israel Elford and Nora Wofford Duncan; and her siblings, Talmadge Duncan, Arnold Duncan, Martha Pauline Duncan, Hazel Duncan, Dorothy Lindsey, Velma Atkins, Geraldine Hines and Judy Alline Duncan.
She is survived by: her husband Joe A. Howard; her daughters, Anita Blackwell (Robert) of Greer and Joanna McCarson (Preston) of Greer; and her grandchildren, Jenna McCarson and David McCarson.
