He is survived by: his parents, James Mulligan (Jimmy) and Fran Mulligan; his sister Serena Nicole Mulligan; his child Bailey Mulligan; and his grandfather James P. Mulligan of Taylors. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
