He was predeceased by: his wife Sharron M. Horvath of Taylors. He is survived by: his children, Michele Hodges (Greg), Michael Horvath (Miki Golden) and Scott Horvath (Lisa); his grandchildren, Bob Hodges (Tori), Ryan Hodges (Amber), Allie Horvath and Riley Horvath; his great grandchildren, Brendin, Makenna, Korbin and Kenadee Hodges; his brother-in-law Paul Reith; and his caregivers, Chris, Laurie Anne, Nikki, Chaplain Donald of Heartland Hospice and Bob.
