We announce the death of Sara S. Swanson of Taylors, South Carolina, who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her daughter Allison Joy Swanson; and the parents of child, Lloyd and Louise Snead. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Mark Yuri of Taylors, SC; her husband Mark Swanson; her daughter Laura Beth Swanson of Taylors, SC; her sister Mary Snead of Abingdon, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl and Fred Scruton of Cranesville, PA..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sara's name may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church, Piedmont Women's Center, or The Wilds Christian Camp.
