He was predeceased by: his parents, John Makulinski and Bertha Makulinski. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Slavovski; his children, Steven Makulinski (Patricia) and Linda Abdelmalak (Jack); his grandchildren, Vaughn Makulinski, Naomi Makulinski, Alina Abdelmalak and Eli Abdelmalak; his sister Elaine Zalinski; and his nieces and nephews, Richard Zalinski, Amy Zalinski, Christy Hughes, Lisa Slavovsky and Mark Slavovsky. He is also survived by eleven grand nieces and nephews.
