He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Jay Rapp and Jeanne Marie Rapp; his wife Cindy Hays Rapp; his children, Bradley Jay Rapp and Mary Ashley Cooley (Andrew Cooley); and his sister Catherine E Walcott (Ryan Walcott).
