He was predeceased by: his stepson David Gauthier. He is survived by: his parents, Roy Jerry Crumbley and Barbara Ann Hughie Crumbley; his fiancée Holly Miles; his children, Dianne Qualls and Michael Crumbley, Jr.; his stepdaughter Jennifer Eason; and his siblings, Timothy Jerry Crumbly and Joy Lynn Atkinson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
