He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Lloyd Harvey; his wife Carmella Harvey; and his sister Sandra Coley. He is survived by: his mother Dartha Harvey; his sons, Chadwick Harvey (Jennifer) and Timothy Harvey; his grandchildren, Austin and Payton Harvey; and his nephew Shawn Coley.
