He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hampton and Harriette Youmans Wade. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Riddle Wade; his daughters, Lauren J. Wade (Matt Lund) and Bethany B. Wade (Jeremy Grossglass); his sister Paula A. Wade (Oscar Woody); his nephew Paul Woody; and his adoptive daughter Casey Edmonds. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
