She was predeceased by: her parents, Sloan David and Jessie P. Butler Addis; her siblings, Paul, William, Howard Addis, Nell Addis Marchbanks, Mildred Addis Tate and Edna Addis; her former husband Charles William Petty; her son-in-law Larry R. Swartz; her stepdaughter Ann Branyon; her granddaughter Allison Swartz Sweezy; Richard L. Branyon, DC and Lynn Petty Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanene Petty Swartz, Jessica Karen Petty and Charles Mark Petty (Priscilla); her son-in-law David Moore; and her stepdaughter Peggy Branyon McKittrick (Dennis). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great- grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, 1 step granddaughter and 1 step great-granddaughter.
