It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Dewey Bailey of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Vera Edwards Bailey; his parents, Elsie Robert "Rome" Bailey and Ruth Ballew Bailey; his daughter Louise Harris; and his brothers, Robert Jerome Bailey (Evelyn) and Johnny C. Bailey (Doris).

He is survived by : his sisters, Jean Bailey Kelley (Nathan) of Travelers Rest, Jerri Bailey O'Donald (Richard) of Delaware, Judy Bailey Brookshire (David) of Travelers Rest and Sandra Bailey Scruggs (Robert) of Travelers Rest; his son-in-law Gary Harris of Travelers Rest; his granddaughter Elena Harris (Christopher) of Travelers Rest; and his great grandchildren, Silas and Johnny.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
