He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Stone and Arnold Machia; and his brothers, Peter Machia and Arnold "Buttons" Machia. He is survived by: his children, Pam Machia of Travelers Rest, SC, Micheal Machia Jr. (Julie) of Moodus, CT and Doug Machia (Christi) of Travelers Rest, SC; his grandchildren, Sydney Machia of Travelers Rest, SC., Ethan Machia of Travelers Rest, SC., Harrison Machia of Travelers Rest, SC. and Ella Machia of Travelers Rest, SC.; his former wife Sandra Machia of Travelers Rest, SC; and his sister Brenda Stone of Niantic, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
