She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings and Evelyn Batson Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Toni Timms (Frankie) and Shane Hernandez; and her siblings, Brenda Miller (Jerry), Keith Edwards and Hal Lockee. She is also survived by two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
