He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Napier and Marjorie Napier; his children, Robert Butler Napier, Jr. (Dana) and Lorrie; and his siblings, Walt, Ron, Roscoe, Joyce and Mary.
He is survived by: his significant other Foye Napier; his daughters, Bobbie Gayle Lilliott (Ricky), Sherry Sibrava (Tony) and Michelle Sellers (Johnny); and his siblings, Rev. Curt Napier (Wanda), Betty Reid and Judy Green (Bill). He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Bob's lifelong commitment to serving others.
