She was predeceased by : her father Glen Welch; her grandparents, R. B., Martha Benton, Jake and Hester Welch; her adoptive son Matthew Holloman; her grandfather A. L. Parrott; and her stepfather Ray Lee.

She is survived by : her mother Peggy Welch Lee; her daughter Brittany Tedder; her stepchildren, Dana Belangia (Trey), Craig Sims (April) and DJ Sims (Tabitha); her brother Russell Welch; her adoptive children, Teresa Byrd, Christopher Nesmith, Sincere Graham, Abigal Skvarek, Dakota Skvarek, Tamera Ingle, Darrell Range, Tracey Evans and Tammy Evans; her stepgrandchildren, Re'ven Walker, Kainn Fowler, Timmy Perritt (Sharon), Tripp Fowler, Christian Greene, Makinley Belangia, Stephanie Belangia, Blakely Sims, Lilly Belangia, Kali Sims, Berkleigh Poston and Hunterlynn Sims; her stepgreat-grandchildren, William Hunner-Lee Fowler, Raleigh Walker, Remi Walker and Beckham Sawyer Perritt; her grandchildren, Quinton Blackwell (Haley), Crisslyn Sams (Christian) and Charles Blackwell (Kelsey); her nieces and nephews, Kahbree Tedder and Baylor Tedder; and her close friend Damien Erwin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces and nephews.
