She is survived by: her husband Charles Elmer Thies of Summerville, SC.; her sons, Mark Thies (Evanne) of Clemson, Brian Thies (Wendy) of Lexington, Earl Thies (Susan) of Summerville, Wade Thies of Myrtle Beach and Carl Thies of Manassas, VA.; her grandchildren, Maggie Thies, Luke Thies, Emma Coronella, Shelby, Aaron Thies, Brandon Thies, Ryan Thies, Jason Thies, Evan Thies and Corinne Thies; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Charles, Margaret, Adaline, Michael and Thomas; and her siblings, Gertrude Hall, William Luther Coker, Jr. and Steven Coker, MD.
