He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene Smith Sr. and Josephine Keisler Smith; and his siblings, Harold Eugene Smith Jr., William Charles Smith, Donald Ray Smith and Barbara Joann Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Smith (Suzanne) and Deanne Smith (Kristi); and his grandchildren, Nathan Smith (Maggie) and Isabelle Smith. He is also survived by four other grandchildren, and two great Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fairforest Baptist Church (1917 Jonesville Hwy, Union, SC 29379).
