With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Doris Lawson (Union, South Carolina), born in Millen, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Rountree and Elmae Lee Rountree; her son Robin Levert Lawson; and her siblings, Larry Rountree, Gladys Rountree, Annie Bell Rountree and Geraldean Knight.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Lawson, Jr.; her children, Terry Lee Lawson, Robert Lee Lawson, III (Brenda), Guy Lawson (Linda), Kirk Lawson (Vickie) and Ella Louise Conway (Allen); and her siblings, James Rountree, Stoney Rountree, Standers Rountree, Michael Rountree, Everjean Williamson (Joseph), Betty Dover, Cherry Rountree and Sheila Rountree. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
