He was predeceased by: his father William Ray Billingsley. He is survived by: his mother Edith McDonald Billingsley; and his siblings, William "Sonny" Billingsley (Kitty), Columbia, Gary Billinglsey of Chester, SC, Rainshadow of Oakland, CA and Ann Blackmon of Cumming, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chester Memorial Gardens (061 00-00 #034-000, Chester, SC 29706).
