James Thomas Peake Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Thomas Peake Sr. (Union, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Peake and Leola Jeter Peake; his siblings, Euguene Peake, Eddie Peake, Jr. of Louis, Abraham Peake, George E. Peake, Roscoe Peake, Sr., Magaree Young and Delores Emerson; and his brother-in-law Frank Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Peake; his sons, James Thomas Peake, Jr. and Terrence Peake; and his sisters, Helen Carter (Howard) and Ruby Peake Henderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and neighbors.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (904 Pea Ridge Hwy, Jonesville, SC 29353). A burial was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery (904 Pea Ridge Hwy, Jonesville, SC 29353).
