He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Peake and Leola Jeter Peake; his siblings, Euguene Peake, Eddie Peake, Jr. of Louis, Abraham Peake, George E. Peake, Roscoe Peake, Sr., Magaree Young and Delores Emerson; and his brother-in-law Frank Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Peake; his sons, James Thomas Peake, Jr. and Terrence Peake; and his sisters, Helen Carter (Howard) and Ruby Peake Henderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and neighbors.
