She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Worthy and Patsy Horton Worthy; and her brother Dean Worthy. She is survived by: her husband Joey Allen; her sons, Hunter Nichols, Dylan Cole Allen and Joseph Chance Allen; her sister Donna Middleton; and her pet Shebe.
