She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Louise Gage; and her sisters, Dr. Bessie L. Gage and Lucinda Benson. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Gage Savage (Rickie) and Mary Gage Robinson (John); her stepsons, Willie Spears (Marion) and Don Walton (Sherrie); her grandchildren, Tecoria Savage, Darrion Scott, Makayla Savage, Brandon Robinson, Aden Savage and Micah Savage; her great grandchild Aaron Scott; and her siblings, Billy Ray Gage (Teresa), Michael Gage, Joe Gage (Darlene), Terry Gage, Andrea Gage Ford (Darryl), Sharon Gage and Barbara Jean Venson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Community Mortuary (361 Meansville Rd, Union, SC 29379). A reception was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the New Hope AME Zion Church (324 Minnow Bridge Rd, Union, SC 29379).
