He is survived by: his daughter Josetta Sumter Cobb (Jemal) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Connor Lee Sumter III (Jazmeen) of Charlotte, NC, Keietta Goodwin (Armir) of Columbia, SC, Shymeik Jamison of Charlotte, NC and Christian McKune of Columbia, SC.; and his great grandchildren, Emery Keigan Jones, Ebony Saige McKune, Joah Austin Goodwin and Alora Lee Sumter.
