He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Harold Jasper Kinard and Demaris Geneva Jarrell Kinard; his brothers, Douglas Kinard, Floyd Kinard and Billy Kinard; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Jean Kinard.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Ruth LaBar and Donald "Donnie" Timothy Kinard, Jr.; his grandchildren, Victoria Kinard Owen, Gabriel White, Landon Kinard, Levi Kinard, Claire Kinard and Liam Kinard; his great grandchildren, Raegan Owen and Kennedy Owen; his siblings, Jack Kinard (Joy), Harry Kinard and Sharon Kinard Wilson (Jerome); and his sister-in-law Virgina Kinard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
