He is survived by: his wife Irene Cannon; his children, Beverly Tyler, Tomekia Lewis (Ontwawn), Wayne Cannon (Alysha) and Blaine Tyler, Jr. (Shontae); his siblings, Murray Tyler, Reuben Tyler, Phillip Tyler, Mary Frances Corley (Leon), Maeveen Tyler Tobin, Maxine E. Martin and Belvia Johnson; his grandchildren, Shontell, Alexis, Da'Myah, TaNyah, Zyasia, Chnavtica, Jaliyah, Raylin, Ke'Air, Jasmine, O'Nalia, Rayne, Kiylah, Raquavious, Kaiden, Ja'Lonzio, Alexandria, Kierra, Ja'Quez and Ja'Nyah; and his godsons, Lawrence Phillips and Fernando R. Cannon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
