She is survived by: her husband Edward "Ed" Salters, Sr.; her children, Catherine "Cathy" Fogle (Elliott), Walter Michael "Mike" Moore, Steven "Steve" Lawrence Moore, Edward "Eddie" Salters, Jr. (Michelle) and Melissa Ann Salters Clark (Bill); her grandchildren, Clint Sizemore (Christine), Derek Moore (McKenzie), Elliott Gunter Fogle, Jr., Kayla Moore Klarman (Jake), Alexis LeeAnn Sullivan (Ricky), Jesse Taylor Moore, Marrisa Kae Mustion (Barry), Ashton Catherine Mccartney (Shane), Lucas William Cosey, James Salters, Haley Clark and Noah Clark; her son Tommy Shull (Teresa); her grandson Austin Shull; and her parents, Heywood Watson and Ruth Catherine Butter.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethcar Baptist Church (950 Bethcar Church Rd, Wagener, SC 29164). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
