Hooker, II; his grandmother Betty Fox; his aunt Suzy Payne; his mother-in-law Tina Lee; his nephews, Zachary Warren Hooker (Amanda) and Andrew Caden Hooker; and his niece Sadie Grace Fisk. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
