He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul Yon, Barbarba Ann McDaniel, Carolyn Yon-Woods and James E. Yon. He is survived by: his wife Mildred B. Yon; his children, Tammy Yon-Neeley and Michael A. Yon; his grandchildren, Destiny R. Neeley (Bridge Jernigan), Madison N. Neeley and Genevieve "Eve" Yon; his children, Darryl McDaniel, Deborah Wollam (Jason), Lisa Hester (Fred), Dale Yon "Spanky", Kenneth Yon (Bobbie), Jesse McGlocklin, Jason McGlocklin, Jackie McGuffin (Bobby), Belinda Ayers (David), Michelle McBride (Nick), Jennifer Lyle and Travis Lyle; and his parents, Leaman Edward Yon and Geneive Hutto Yon.
